A customer can cancel an order up to 10 minutes after the order is placed. To do so, go to My Account open your dashboard and view your current order. A Cancel button with a countdown timer will be visible on current orders that are processing. Click the Cancel button and select your reason for cancellation to cancel the order. After cancellation, the order will be removed from your Orders Processing.
Cancellation is not guaranteed if not done within the 10 minute grace period, as the order may have already shipped. At that point, please refer to the Return Policy. If the 10 minute grace period has passed, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com to request the cancellation of an order.
